- Reads people well – highly emotionally intelligent
So what job is this posting for?
I asked my wife (who is a sales executive) to list what traits she looks for in her sales staff. The above list is what she supplied. It is very similar to the qualities that I ascribed to being a great Coach in my previous post Coach=Teacher.
This does not surprise me…. as coaches and teachers we are constantly selling.
I am guessing we all have either thought about or talked about the importance of getting our kids to “buy in”.
If our athletes are “buying” then we must be “selling”
Remember – You Can Do More… your brain is lying to you…. Don’t Believe It!
