If you go to Google Sheets online, then click on the “open file picker” tab… it is a file icon located below and to the right of the template gallery… you can select the spreadsheets you have been using and it will convert to google sheets… they seem to open and function, and print the same, with the exception of the header (the part that has the school name and logo). I am going to try to make a new template that will show the header, but that will take a few days till I get to it. The converted spreadsheets should work for you until then.

I have been using your workout sheets for 7th and 8th grade Portage West Middle School Power Training classes for four years. Love them. The district is switching everything to google and getting rid of Microsoft programs. Do you have a workout sheet set up for use with google sheets please? Thanks.
